WHAT YOU NEED TO ENROLL

For faster registration, please bring original documents and copies of the following:

• Enrollment Application
  • Checklist
  • Enrollment Application [English/Spanish]
  • Home Language Survey [English]    Home Language Survey [Spanish]
• TEA Charter Common Application
• Student's proof of age - certified birth certificate or passport
• Student's social security card
• Student's current immunization records
• Proof of residence (within the last 30 days)
  • Current lease agreement, or
  • Electric, gas, or water bill in the parent's name
• Parent/Guardian's driver license, passport, or photo ID

* Please note: PK3 students must meet eligibility requirements and be 3 years old by September 1, 2024
