On Veteran's Day, our NNDCC kicked off the Vietnam Memorial Push-Up Challenge. The cadets, led by Master Sargent Turner, pledged to do one push-up for each solider who lost their life in the Vietnam War. That is 58,318 push-ups for the 58,318 names that appear on the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C.

Each NNDCC cadet will show their respect and honor for these soldiers by completing between 500 and 600 push-ups each.

The challenge will conclude on Thursday, May 23rd at 10:00 a.m. in the gymnasium, with a ceremony where Veterans, students, and community members will gather in honor and celebration.
