Dear Faith Family Academy Community,
Faith Family Academy has been notified that four members of the Faith Family Academy community have been lab-confirmed COVID-19 positive. Due to privacy requirements, we are not releasing the names of the individuals or any details that may indicate their identity or health status.
In collaboration with Dallas County Health and Human Services, and per current CDC guidelines, Faith Family Academy has identified and notified those who may have been in close contact with the affected individuals. In addition, all cleaning and disinfecting procedures are being followed.
As a reminder, anyone who experiences symptoms of potential COVID-19 infection is advised to stay home, notify the school and seek medical attention for possible COVID-19 testing and treatment. Testing locations for COVID-19 can be found at the Texas Department of Public Safety website, and printable materials in multiple languages can also be found on the CDC's website.
This notice is a precautionary measure, and we encourage all faculty, staff, students and their families to follow all mask and social distancing protocols to ensure the continued health and safety of our school community.
